Note: Bespoke or customised logo items are non-refundable under any circumstances. As we always request artwork samples approval from the client before production.

All carriage charges for returning any items will be at the expense of the customer, refunds will not include any carriage charges, and may take up to 7 days to process. Please keep your postage receipt safe until your refund or exchange has been confirmed.
Items can be exchange for the same or different color in both cases; damage/faulty or change of own mind. Please specify details of your replacement item(s) on the invoice that arrived with your order. All postage will need to be paid in full for all refunds and exchanges. If you receive a faulty item. Contact us via our email: sales@missandtrendy.co.uk with details of the fault along with your name and customer order No. We will then contact you to address and sold the issue within 24h max.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working day
