We operate a speedy order dispatch policy. We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Therefore once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. Yes, you can exchange you item(s). However, You may have to send us the actual item at your on costs, then pay for the delivery fees for the new item(s).

We deliver worldwide. All delivery cost details will be provided at the point of checkout before the order is confirmed. At the time of placing the order, customers must ensure that all delivery details provided are correct. We are not responsible for any parcels delivered to incorrect addresses which were provided at the time of placing the order. The courier may leave information to inform you of an undelivered parcel, or to notify you that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. Information will be left for you to contact the local depot to schedule a new delivery date or to arrange collection.
Customs and import duties

Depending on the value of your order, your package may or may not be charged customs or import taxes. However, if your parcel does incur customs taxes or duty it is entirely up to the customer to cover these costs. As these charges differ from country to country we are unable to advise you on what these charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering, to ensure no unexpected delivery charges. By law, all items must be declared at their full price. Missandtrendy cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees. In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you will be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to Missandtrendy. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order, any fees will be deducted from your total refund. If a delivery is refused by you, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit back to us.
