Well it depends on how fast you contact us. Note that we offer a 48H delivery, therefore we usually process orders straight away. We cannot promise. This will be possible, but feel free to contact us straight away. You can only change details such as: Names, addresses, phones. If you wish to make any other change, we suggest you cancel the former order to start a new one.

We practice a speedy order dispatch policy. We start processing your order as soon as we receive it. Therefore once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel or edit it.

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. If you're missing part of your order, it's possible it could have been sent in more than one parcel. If this is the case, you will have received one dispatch email per parcel. This is likely to be the case if your order is quite large. Please also check the invoice inside your parcel bag. This will detail which items should be in the parcel. Missandtrendy. Unfortunately we are unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments for private sales. However, we can confirm that customs charges apply to wholesale orders. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Missandtrendy. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office in your country.

Yes, You can find a size guide on every single product page. All you need to do is select the product you like and you will see the respective size guide on the description section of the product.

We display size in UK/EUR/US on the product page. However, bare in mind that our product are sometimes labelled with the UK size. So we recommend customers from Europe (EU) to choose a size down for a slightly fitted style. Otherwise choose your usual size.

Our popular items can sell out quickly. We usually do not restock, therefore we recommend to order the it you like ASAP. We rotate our stock and collections. Unfortunately our Customer Service team are unable to help with stock queries. Check our New In Category for new products
