By placing an order with Missandtrendy you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

From time to time prices may change on the postage service as the price for postage may vary with our courier. These changes may occur at any time without any notice.

8. Pricing and Availability
We here at Missandtrendy try to ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on our website are accurate, as errors may occur if we do discover any errors in price or goods our customer service team will inform you as soon as possible and give you an option to reconfirm your order or cancel it. If you choose to cancel an order which you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund. Where applicable prices are inclusive of VAT, delivery costs will be charged in addition, any other additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘total cost’. From time to time prices may change on the product for sale. These changes may occur at any time without any notice.

Payment
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this check has been completed, your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.

Promotional/Discounts Codes
From time to time we offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered. The conditions relating to our discount codes are:

Only one Promotional code can be used per order
A Promotional code cannot be used after an order has been placed
All discount codes apply to full price items only
All Promotions/Promotional Codes will be for a limited period only.

9. Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, goods must be returned in their original condition. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear, accessories and any items of jewellery.

All carriage charges for returning any items will be at the expense of the customer, refunds will not include any carriage charges, and may take up to 7 days to process. Please keep your postage receipt safe until your refund or exchange has been confirmed.

Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour, please specify details of your replacement item(s) on the invoice that arrived with your order. Postage will need to be paid in full for all refunds and exchanges, please keep your postage receipt safe until your refund or exchange has been confirmed. Please request your return address via email at: sales@missandtrendy.co.uk

If you receive a faulty item please email sales@missandtrendy.co.uk and details of the fault along with your Name and Customer Order No. we will then contact you to resolve the problem.

Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.

15. Competitions & Prizes
Prize redeemable for 30 days after being notified of winning this competition. Entrants must live in the UK only, over the age of 18 are eligible to enter. No cash alternative will be given to replace the prize/prizes. All our Winner/Winners will be picked at random. All competitions will be for a limited period only. SEO-UX Design Ltd reserve the right to withdraw this competition at any time. All shipping fees are excluded from the price, however you can use the value of the voucher to cover these costs.

Promotional
By entering the competition, you agree to us announcing your name publicly as a winner on Missandtrendy websites and in any other media in any form including Twitter, Facebook and any other Social Media Sites.

Use of Images relating to Competition

By submitting an entry, entrants grant Missandtrendy and its associated companies a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence for a term of 2 years to use all Image(s) and content that form part of an entry on its social media channels, websites and hard copy media without accreditation or notification.

a) Do not depict anything unlawful, inappropriate, lewd, obscene, defamatory or contain anything contrary to common standards of taste and decency;

b) Are their own images or that they have the permission of the author to submit the Image and do not breach any third party rights;

c) Do not feature anyone that has not given permission to be featured in the image;

d) Do not feature anyone under the age of 18 unless the participant is legally responsible for that person and that person has given his/her consent.
