Terms & Conditions

Orders placed on a Friday for next day delivery won't be processed until the following Monday.
No deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year's Day.
Please ensure all shipping addresses are entered correctly. Parcels returned due to invalid addresses will incur a charge payable by the customer.
Orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.
All delivery timeframes are estimations.

Customs & Import Duties

Depending on the value of your order, your package may be charged customs or import taxes. If your parcel incurs customs taxes or duty, it is entirely the customer's responsibility to cover these costs. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering. By law, all items must be declared at their full price and Missandtrendy cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees.

Faulty Items & Refunds

If you receive a faulty item, contact us at sales@missandtrendy.co.uk with details of the fault along with your name and order number. We will address and resolve the issue within 24 hours. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
